Please note that:

For hygiene reasons all sales of socks are final unless the article contains a manufacturing defect or still in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Transportation costs will not be refunded.

If you have applied custom changes to your article, it cannot be returned.

Easy return process:

In order to make a return, simply email our customer support at support@hypsocks.com. Once we receive your returned item we will process within 5 business days to clear your refund.
